I am a proud Mother of Twins (Liam & Sierra), Mom-Entrepreneur, Natural Health Practitioner, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Lecturer, Young Living Independant distributor and now a Blogger.

I’ve always had a great interest in health, the human body, personal growth, respect for others and nature.

I advocate for wellness, better nutrition and a life without toxic chemicals.  I am always looking to find new informations and better ways of living.  I am curious about the power of plants and how they can be beneficial in our day to day routine.  I have always been aware of the energy that is found in us and around us and how our thoughts are guarantors of the results we get. For this reason, I try to keep my thoughts as positive as I can, and it’s not always easy.

If you meet me on your way, you will most likely find me smelling one of my essential oils, reading the list of ingredients on a product, explaining what is in my green juice or how sprouting is so easy to do.   Ha! Ha! I am very passionate and I love to share with others new recipes or tips that can help improve their life.

I must admit, however, that I have not always preached by example … I did not ”Walk the talk” as they say.

My day of great change began in 2010 when I started InVitro fertilization treatments to realize my dream of becoming a mother.

In 2007, I met the man who was going to become my husband.
Jay had been very sick, he had just undergone a bone marrow transplant a few months earlier. This transplant was a success and was going to cure him of a non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He is now in perfect health and 100% in remission. However, the side effects following chemo and radiotherapy treatments have made Jay infertile. Fortunately, his oncologist; Dre. Lachance had anticipated the blow and she had suggested to him to preserve some samples of sperm, just in case. What an amazing idea!!!
So we were able to use medical assistance in order to have our children.

At first I thought it would be a very simple process. I was fertile, the problem did not come from me. I thought that when I was ready to become a mother, I just had to book an appointment for IVF treatment. I thought everything was going to happen in the blink of an eye and I was going to be pregnant quickly.

But life had another plan in mind and it’s not at all how it was going to happen.
I had to learn how to let go, I had to make an introspection, I changed my diet, worked on my spiritual life and my personal growth, and finally, when everything was better balanced, I did a third try of InVitro and at that time, all the elements were positioned in place, it was a success and I had a fabulous pregnancy.

Blog: InVitro LOVE

In 2012, I finally gave birth to perfectly healthy twins,  but my quest for an healthier life was far from over, in fact, it never stopped.  It was more important for me, at that time, to offer a healthier and safer environment to my little 4lbs12 and 5lbs babies.

I continued to look for better ways of doing things, transforming my life and releasing my environment from any products that I consider toxic and useless in my home.
It was hours and hours of research, readings and lessons, but it was worth it. And this education will never be finished as long as I am able to read or listen.

I am very happy today to share my knowledge with you,  I hope that the recipes, tips and ideas that I will share with you will help you make a green and healthier turn in your life.
